Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising to drive foot traffic and conversions.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product displays align with brand standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to uphold company values, product knowledge, and service excellence.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and visually appealing store environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in furniture, home decor, or luxury goods.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage customers and staff effectively.
- Sales-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail demands.
- Passion for home furnishings, design trends, and customer-centric service.
