Responsibility
- Lead and manage all store operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows and adherence to company policies.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving revenue targets, analyzing KPIs, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, resolving escalations and ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising strategies.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations in the store.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a department store or luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory tools).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
