Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, engagement, and customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies and monitoring performance metrics.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock levels, product displays, and merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that aligns with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.
