Responsibility
- Lead and manage store operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and adherence to company policies.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, analyzing trends, and implementing strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and financial performance to optimize store profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations in the store.
- Collaborate with the regional team to execute promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
