Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Maintain cash drawer integrity, including opening/closing procedures and daily reconciliation.
- Stock, organize, and restock merchandise to ensure a visually appealing and well-supplied store.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist in store opening/closing duties, including cleaning and preparation for the next business day.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Uphold company policies, including loss prevention and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in cashiering, stock management, or retail sales (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent numerical and communication skills in English (additional local language proficiency is advantageous).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including POS systems and inventory software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 20 kg) as needed.
