Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising, promotional strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, foot traffic, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align store operations with company-wide goals and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, as well as local labor laws and retail standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store or multi-location environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams to success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to business.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
