Responsibility
- Lead and manage all daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving revenue targets, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and in-store marketing to boost foot traffic and sales.
- Maintain financial accountability by managing budgets, expenses, and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards in the store.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
