Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure the store meets all visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to optimize sales and minimize losses.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a mall-based store.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
