Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the station, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics.
- Implement promotional activities and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
