Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on trends, product launches, and ingredients to offer expert advice.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail space, including product displays and testers.
- Conduct makeup demonstrations and tutorials to showcase product benefits.
- Build and nurture client relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
- Handle cashier duties, inventory management, and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for beauty are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty trends (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a passion for beauty.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
