In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, from inventory control and merchandising to team leadership and customer service. Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all retail processes
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and product displays to maximize sales opportunities
- Implement company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Monitor store performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally to maintain brand reputation
- Collaborate with regional management on marketing initiatives and store improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in supermarket or FMCG sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store profitability
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with inventory management systems and retail POS software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Bali's retail market and consumer preferences is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
