Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align store objectives with company goals.
- Train and develop staff to improve performance and foster career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
