Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory levels are maintained.
- Educate customers on promotions, loyalty programs, and product benefits to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the store schedule.
- Knowledge of beauty, health, or wellness products is an advantage but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or customer service are a plus.
