As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality, convenience, and excellent customer service. You'll work closely with our management team to implement company policies, drive sales, and ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all retail activities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to achieve targets, and prepare regular reports
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and product presentation to FamilyMart standards
- Process cash handling procedures, reconcile daily sales, and ensure accurate financial records
- Coordinate with head office for promotions, new product launches, and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in customer service and team leadership
- Strong communication skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification is advantageous
