Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of store personnel.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
