Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with regional managers to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
