Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of frontline associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold company standards and enhance productivity.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure a visually appealing and organized store layout to maximize customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising plans.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in retail leadership, store management, or frontline supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and a results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in business/retail management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for the retail industry with a customer-centric approach.
