Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of frontline associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold company standards and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure a visually appealing and organized store layout to maximize customer engagement.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising plans.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in retail leadership, store management, or frontline supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and a results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business/retail management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
