Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on ECCO’s premium footwear and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Assist in store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock takes, and loss prevention.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for every visitor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, footwear, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and customer service with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive and proactive attitude.
