Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clientele, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, styling advice, and fitting room support.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including stock replenishment, product arrangement, and store presentation.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to the store manager.
- Uphold brand standards by ensuring the store is clean, organized, and aligned with the luxury image.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in brief training sessions to familiarize yourself with product knowledge and brand values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, for the 1-week assignment.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
