Responsibility
- Provide personalized style consultations to help customers select eyewear that complements their lifestyle and preferences.
- Conduct basic eye pre-screening (e.g., pupillary distance measurement, frame fitting) to ensure optimal comfort and fit.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, from greeting clients to processing transactions with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of luxury eyewear brands, including materials, lens technologies, and current trends.
- Assist in daily retail operations, such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and efficiency to resolve issues satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive, high-energy store environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training sessions to enhance product expertise and service skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods, eyewear, or fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of eyewear fitting, lens types, and frame adjustments (training provided for the right candidate).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Passion for fashion, style, and luxury products with a keen eye for detail.
