Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bakery team to ensure timely production and delivery of cakes and pastries.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and basic bookkeeping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with brand standards.
- Assist in training and supervising junior staff to ensure consistent service quality.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or operations, preferably in a food or bakery setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Passion for cakes, pastries, and the food industry is a plus!
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
