Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all retail activities.
- Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and customer engagement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align store operations with company goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in various store locations as needed.
