Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and assist with product displays to ensure availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Follow company policies on safety, hygiene, and loss prevention to maintain a secure workplace.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products, promotions, and store procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred to serve a diverse customer base.
