Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing new stock.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
