Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail and F&B operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to brand standards.
- Deliver personalized, high-end service to guests, including tea recommendations, product knowledge sharing, and handling transactions with professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock of tea products and retail merchandise.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff to uphold TWG Tea’s service excellence and operational protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with diplomacy, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in alignment with luxury retail standards.
- Assist in executing promotional events, tastings, and in-store activations to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Prepare daily sales reports, track KPIs, and contribute to strategic discussions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferably in luxury brands).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management and conflict resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of customer service best practices and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, POS systems, and sales reporting.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional demeanor that aligns with TWG Tea’s luxury brand image.
- Prior experience in tea, gourmet food, or specialty retail is highly advantageous.
