Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, and stock management.
- Lead and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the finance team to manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Oversee merchandising and visual presentation to enhance the shopping experience.
- Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to improve skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
