Responsibility

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, and stock management.
  • Lead and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
