Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in implementing and monitoring compliance with company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, and inventory management.
- Supervise and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of productivity, professionalism, and customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate inventory records to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Develop and execute in-store promotional strategies to drive foot traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or assistant manager role, preferably in electronics, lifestyle, or high-traffic retail environments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and corporate teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges and customer issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by store schedules.
