Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
- Coordinate merchandising activities to ensure products are displayed attractively and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and liaise with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, events, and visual merchandising campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, merchandising, customer service, or brand promotion.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic POS operations.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and store layout optimization.
