Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Train and mentor new staff members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Assist in merchandising activities, including product arrangement, pricing, and promotional setups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, merchandising, customer service, or brand promotion.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
