Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product selections, inquiries, and purchases.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stocking, and visual displays.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Engage with customers to build brand loyalty through personalized interactions and product knowledge.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand guidelines at all times.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brand-specific initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are advantageous.
- Passion for fashion, sports, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
