Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, sizing, and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively engaging customers, promoting HOKAâs latest collections, and achieving individual and team targets.
- Maintain store standards by ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed, stocked, and organized according to brand guidelines.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns or exchanges professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report discrepancies to the store management team.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming store environment for customers and staff.
- Stay updated on HOKAâs product features, technologies, and brand values to educate customers and build trust.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not requiredâwe welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Passion for fitness, active lifestyle, or footwear/apparel brands, with a keen interest in HOKAâs products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by store schedules.
