Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Generate sales reports and analyze order trends to support business decisions.
- Assist in promotional activities and product launches in assigned regions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, order processing, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and order management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with FMCG products and sales processes is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions in Bali.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
