Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store security.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Implement and maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to drive revenue growth and improve store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and in-store events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health/safety standards to maintain a secure and efficient retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and leading a high-performing retail team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages such as Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin are a plus).
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet the demands of the retail environment.
