Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to parents and children
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Promote loyalty programs and special offers to customers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
