Responsibility
- Provide expert beauty consultations, including skincare analysis, makeup application, and product recommendations.
- Drive sales by achieving monthly targets and promoting luxury beauty products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium in-store experience.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and brand promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store events and brand activations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles.
- Passion for makeup, skincare, and luxury beauty brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of makeup application techniques (training provided).
