Responsibility
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of franchise expansion across Bali, identifying high-potential locations and market opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and train franchisees, ensuring alignment with company values, operational standards, and business objectives.
- Develop and implement franchise operations manuals, policies, and procedures to maintain brand consistency and compliance.
- Monitor franchise performance, conduct regular audits, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to support franchisees in achieving business targets and enhancing customer experience.
- Resolve operational challenges, mediate disputes, and foster strong relationships with franchisees to ensure long-term success.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine franchise strategies and business models.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies across all franchise locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or retail operations, preferably in the optical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in franchise recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate franchisees and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational policies, training programs, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with local business regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
