Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Train and mentor new and existing staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and sales strategies to drive revenue.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, performance metrics, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the store manager to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are a plus.
