Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the motorcycle outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Lead and supervise a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure accurate and efficient customer handovers, including documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions using company software.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Monitor outlet performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional outlet environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid motorcycle license and a passion for motorcycles are highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or retail management are a plus.
