As a Footwear Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of our brand, combining your love for sneakers with exceptional customer service. Whether you're assisting customers in finding the perfect pair or sharing your knowledge about the latest trends, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and enhancing our store’s reputation.

Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of footwear products, including features, benefits, and styling tips.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Maintain store appearance, ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed and inventory is well-organized.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—passion for sneakers and fashion is key!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to support store operations.
- Knowledge of current sneaker trends and brands is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a bonus.
