Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, and inventory management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric service.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels, ensuring product availability while minimizing waste and shrinkage.
- Implement sales and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and sales targets, to ensure profitability.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Collaborate with regional managers and corporate teams to align store operations with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role (e.g., Store Manager, Assistant Manager).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., POS systems, ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
