Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, stock management, and operations.
- Drive sales performance by developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and achieve business targets.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by mentoring, coaching, and developing store staff to maximize their potential.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels through effective stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and maximizing product availability.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation, to meet or exceed store KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Leader, Store Manager, or Retail Supervisor in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales strategies, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce SOPs while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
