Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for automotive parts, ensuring real-time tracking and stock availability.
- Process customer orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and dispatching parts with precision.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to minimize losses and optimize inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, recommendations, and technical support.
- Implement and uphold 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
- Utilize inventory management software to update records, generate reports, and analyze data for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies in all warehouse and customer service activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or automotive parts handling.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components is a plus.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, organized manner.
- Familiarity with 5S methodology and lean management principles.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or automotive fields is advantageous.
