Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and arranging product displays.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking merchandise.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
- Participate in store promotions and marketing activities to drive customer engagement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
