Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Prepare and present food/beverage products (if applicable) according to established standards of quality and hygiene.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including shelves, displays, and work areas, to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
- Restock merchandise and supplies efficiently, monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages to management.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and promotional setups.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, verifying shipments, and organizing stock in storage areas.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills; familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- Knowledge of local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is beneficial but not required.
