Responsibility

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Prepare and present food/beverage products (if applicable) according to established standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including shelves, displays, and work areas, to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
  • Restock merchandise and supplies efficiently, monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages to management.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and promotional setups.
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, verifying shipments, and organizing stock in storage areas.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills; familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Knowledge of local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is beneficial but not required.
