Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking and restocking merchandise.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote store promotions.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
