Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with the corporate team on promotions, marketing initiatives, and inventory replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for customer service and a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
