Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves and rotating products.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in receiving and unpacking new deliveries.
- Promote pharmacy products, health supplements, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; higher education in retail, business, or healthcare is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or pharmacy assistance (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a willingness to learn about pharmacy products.
