Responsibility
- Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage of materials.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal or external clients.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries, coordinating with logistics teams as needed.
- Generate reports on inventory status, shortages, or damages for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification; higher education in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or storekeeping (1-2 years preferred).
- Basic knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems; willingness to learn new tools.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, methodical manner.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to liaise with team members and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
