Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor workflow processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure skill development and team performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, quality control) to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
- Prepare and submit detailed production reports, including output metrics, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervision or manufacturing leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, ISO standards) and best practices in manufacturing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
