Responsibility
- Manage and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage of goods.
- Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Prepare and pack orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and documented.
- Operate company vehicles to transport goods to various locations across Bali safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and delivery vehicles.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, representing the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) safely.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
